By using traditional handmade Edo glass, we have successfully created a high quality and alluringly textured wind chime that makes beautiful sounds with clarity. Watching the organic shapes loosely swaying over one another is as if you're watching the movement of a living plant. Although it's difficult to say whether this is a wind chime or a mobile, it's definitely a product that will make the invisible wind become a part of your interior.

MANUFACTURING
Bellflowerは、江戸硝子で有名な田島硝子さんで、ひとつひとつ丁寧に手作りで製作しています。また手吹きの製作過程において、房の内側にガラスの厚い部分と薄い部分を交互に作ることで、4つの房が奏でる音に綺麗な重なりが生まれるようにしています。
DESIGNER PROFILE
小林幹也
1981年東京都生まれ。2005年武蔵野美術大学工芸工業デザイン学科卒業。インテリアデザイン会社勤務後、MIKIYA KOBAYASHI DESIGN設立。家具、プロダクトからインテリアデザインまで幅広く携わり、国内外のクライアントとともにデザインを提案している。2010年ドイツのiF product design awardにて金賞、ドイツred dot award、,グッドデザイン賞、adc賞など受賞歴多数。2011年にはショップ「TAIYOU no SHITA」をオープン。2012年 株式会社小林幹也スタジオ設立。2018年 ライフスタイルブランド「IMPLEMENTS」をオープン。東京とスペイン・バレンシアを拠点に活動。 株式会社 小林幹也スタジオ www.mikiyakobayashi.com IMPLEMENTS www.implements.jp
